You don't have to confine yourself indoors - simply open our fully expanding doors to soak up the breathtaking sights and sounds of the jungle and ocean beyond. It's the perfect way to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of home.

Casa Botanica welcomes families to discover the amazing architecture of our space, but note that it may not be suitable for young children due to potential safety hazards. Additionally, some sleeping areas may not be within close proximity to supervising adults. However, infants who are not yet mobile and children over the age of 8 are sure to be delighted by our offerings.

Yes! With our fast and stable Wi-Fi, you can access high-speed internet seamlessly throughout the property.

The wifi on the island is password protected for your privacy with strong encryption for your privacy and security. As of now, the download speed is averaging at 65mb, but we're upgrading to optic fiber for even faster internet. Stay connected with ease during your stay!

Check-In for all reservations is at 3p. Feel free to leave your luggage at the property until check-in time.

Once you arrive at the island’s airport, you will be greeted by several taxis. Simply let them know you are heading to Casa Botanica at the former Botanic Gardens- we’re widely known in our area so they know where to go.

Located on an ocean bluff, Casa Botanica redefines beach access, offering guests an experience amidst stunning views and yet only 130 meters from the water. Immerse yourself in beach living, refresh your spirits, and indulge the senses in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.

Yes, the tap water at Casa Botanica is safe to drink. We have a triple-filtered and UV-sterilized rain catchment system that provides clean drinking water.

While our rain catchment system purifies water, it has a limited capacity compared to a traditional town water supply. Conserving water helps ensure there is enough for everyone staying at Casa Botanica.

A mid-week cleaning and laundry service is recommended for stays of one week or longer. This is a light cleaning service that includes:

• Light cleaning of the villa and casitas

• Fresh towels and sheets

• Villa + Casitas light cleaning : $120 (maximum 5 hours)

• Main Villa only light cleaning : $60 (maximum 3 hours)

• Personal laundry service can be included. Price for up to 5 guests is $25 for two loads, up to 10 guests $50 for three loads. (washing and drying) - Please only include items that can go into BOTH the washer and dryer. We cannot accept responsibility for items that need special care.

For stays under one week or for additional cleanings, housekeeping services can be arranged upon request which can include personal laundry. There are two options available:

• Villa + Casitas light cleaning : $120 (maximum 5 hours)

• Main Villa only light cleaning : $60 (maximum 3 hours)

The cost of additional cleaning services and/or laundry will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

We can help you provision for your group for a service fee of $10/per person with a $50 minimum, plus the cost of the food and beverages.

Additional shopping trips may be requested with a 24 hour turnaround time. Prices as above.

We will provide you with a shopping checklist to fill out. Once you've completed it, she will take care of purchasing all your groceries, deliver them to your villa, and store them appropriately - all ready for you when you arrive!

To ensure your groceries are delivered and stocked before you arrive, we require the shopping list to be submitted 48 hours prior to your stay.

We will use the credit card we have on file to charge for both the groceries and the $50 service fee.

Yes, there are cash machines in town with a maximum withdrawal of $200 per day.
